Managing Partner of ZHJ Capital
Jiang Hua founded ZHJ Capital in 2015 and serves as a Managing Partner. ZHJ Capital is a professional investment management and advisory firm specialized in the asset-heavy sectors, focusing on areas including traditional commercial real estate (office, shopping center and hotel) and alternative hard assets such as warehouse logistics, data center, tourist attraction, cinema, school and hospital. Under Mr. Jiang’s leadership, the firm has completed and advised transactions of over RMB3 billion since its inception. He also serves as an independent director of Bona Film Group. Prior to founding ZHJ Capital, Mr. Jiang led and participated in over US$600 million real estate investment transactions at Blackstone’s Singapore and Hong Kong offices, and served as an investment committee member of the Singapore-based, US$5 billion Blackstone Asia Real Estate Fund. Before that, he worked at the Global Real Estate Principal Investment division of Merrill Lynch, and participated in Merrill Lynch’s real estate investing and asset management in China with a total equity investment amount of over US$1 billion. Mr. Jiang was graduated from Tsinghua SEM with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and received a Master of Business Administration degree from MIT Sloan School of Management.
