Shen Bo is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Dinosaur Land Culture & Tourism Group Co., Ltd. He is instrumental in leading or developing various tourism and creative projects such as China Dinosaur Land in Changzhou, Oriental Saltlake Resort in Dongguan, and Changzhou Creative Park, replicating and expanding the “investment + service” business model nationwide. He joined several theme park experts in co authoring Specification for Services on Theme Park, part of Chinese National Standards. Mr. Shen is also a member of the 11th Jiangsu Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Vice President of Jiangsu Tourism Association, a deputy of Changzhou Municipal People’s Congress, and Chairman of Changzhou Cultural and Creative Industry Alliance. Among his honors are China New Economic Figure of the Year by News China in 2011, Influential Chinese Cultural Tourism Figure in the World, Leader of Chinese Creative Industry, and National Role Model in Tourism System.

In collaboration with the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, this session will highlight Chinese private enterprise’s contribution to the Greater Bay Area and how the development of diverse tourism experiences converges with President Xi Jinping’s beautiful life concept. In this session, leaders from Chinese private enterprises will explore the development of “new” tourism types in China through sharing best practices from various approaches such as product design, marketing, and implementation. What are the latest developments in building a diversified tourism sector? How can companies adapt solutions to the ever-changing consumer market? How can a diversified tourism sector support and contribute to well-being and the realization of a beautiful and sustainable life?
